Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and TRN Games (Istanbul, Türkiye) about your use of Town Heroes(the “Game”). By playing the Game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not play.

1. Who may play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. Do not share, sell, buy or transfer accounts. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and you can delete your own account at any time — see our account deletion page.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own entertainment. Everything in the Game — code, art, audio, characters, names and text — belongs to us or our licensors and stays that way.

4. Rules of play

You agree not to:

  • cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, mods, injectors or automation of any kind;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Game or interfere with our servers or other players’ sessions;
  • harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other players, or post unlawful content;
  • trade in-game items, currency or accounts for real money outside the Game.

We may remove content, roll back progress, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Purchases and virtual items

The Game offers optional in-app purchases. Payments are handled by Google Play, the Apple App Store or Steam under their own terms, and refunds follow the policy of whichever store you bought from.

Virtual currency and items are a licence to use them inside the Game. They have no real-world value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not survive the closure of your account or the Game.

6. Changes to the Game

The Game is a live service. We may add, change, balance or remove features, content and servers, and we may stop operating the Game entirely. Where we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice inside the Game where we can.

7. Availability and liability

The Game is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress or lost virtual items. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we handle and why. It forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
